If you're playing with an actual physical console you'll need to purchase a physical Game Genie or Pro Action Replay and use the codes that way. These special weapons are only available if you have attained job level 99 in a job.If you are unfamiliar with Game Genie or Pro Action Replay (PAR) cheats and how to use them - fear not! Both of these things are usually found under the Cheat tab if you're playing on an Emulator which is located on the Toolbar at the top of the Emulator's window. If you want to get powerful weapons later in the game, you should either stick to using the same party composition throughout the entire game, or commit to some mindless grinding. Consider these parties as suggestions only if you're not sure what to use, or the party you're using isn't working against a boss. There may be better party compositions than are listed, and you may personally like one job over another. The parties suggested in the walkthrough allow you to use all of the jobs in the one playthrough. are referred to by their names in the DS remake.
